Millennium lender expects Q3 costs of FX loans-related legal risk to reach PLN 394 mln

Listed lender Bank Millennium estimates the costs of legal risk related to foreign currency-indexed loans in the third quarter of 2025 at PLN 394 million (EUR 92.6 mln), the bank said in a market filing.


In addition, the value of provisions for legal risk related to the portfolio of FX loans granted by the former Euro Bank, which is expected to be created but will not affect the financial result, is estimated at PLN 91 million (EUR 21.4 mln).

The final value of provisions for legal risk in the third quarter of 2025 and the financial results will be disclosed in the financial report for the third quarter of 2025, which is scheduled to be published on October 24, 2025.
