Mirbud builder's order backlog at PLN 8.865 bln net at end-September

At the end of September, listed builder Mirbud's order backlog's value in the construction-assembly segment amounted to around PLN 8.865 billion (EUR 2.1 bln) net, the company said in a market filing.


The value of the order backlog in the infrastructure construction segment at the end of September was approximately PLN 7.180 billion (EUR 1.7 bln) net and in the volume construction segment PLN 1.642 billion (EUR 385.54 mln).

In January-September 2025, in the real estate development segment, Mirbud handed over 131 flats and concluded 242 preliminary and developer agreements.
