Bank Millennium SAOlga Grygier-Siddons appointed as head of Millennium Bank's supervisory board
Olga Grygier-Siddons has been appointed as the head of listed lender Millennium's supervisory board, the bank said in a market filing.
After completing her studies in the UK, Grygier-Siddons linked her career to the consultancy sector. In 2004, she decided to relocate to Poland and in 2014, became Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe at PwC.
Olga Grygier-Siddons was the first woman invited to be a member of the PwC Strategy Council - PwC's top 20 leaders.
In addition, she still serves, among other things, as a member of the supervisory board of listed convenience store chain Zabka Group. She is the founder and CEO of Experiential Learning Hub - Villa Poranek.
Since 24 March 2021, she has been a member of the supervisory board of Bank Millennium.
The following persons joined Millennium's supervisory board: Olga Grygier-Siddons as the chairwoman, Nuno Manuel da Silva Amado as the deputy chairman, Miguel Maya Dias Pinheiro, Miguel de Campos Pereira de Bragança, José Miguel Bensliman Schorcht da Silva Pessanha, Lingjiang Xu, Malgorzata Bonikowska, Agnieszka Klos-Siddiqui, Anna Mankiewicz-Rebkowska, Alojzy Nowak, Izabela Olszewska and Katarzyna Sulkowska - as a secretary.
