Erbud SAOnde builder's backlog at PLN 411 mln at end-September 2025
Listed builder Onde, the unit of another builder Erbud, had a backlog of PLN 411 million (EUR 96.5 mln) at the end of September 2025, resulting from orders from external parties, down 33.9 percent year on year, the company said in the annual report.
As reported, PLN 118 million (EUR 27.7 mln) is the backlog of wind investments, PLN 206 million (EUR 48.4 million) - the backlog of photovoltaic investments and PLN 87 million (EUR 20.4 million) - the backlog of road and engineering investments.
Between January and September 2025, the company signed contracts worth PLN 497.4 million (EUR 116.8 mln) for execution during 2025–2031.
After September 30, 2025, additional contracts were concluded totalling around PLN 323.3 million (EUR 75.9 mln), including two major conditional agreements.
Onde has an own project portfolio with a total capacity of 1,753 MW, including 1,038 MW in wind projects. About 361 MW have secured connection conditions, while 118 MW (including a 36 MW wind farm) have obtained building permits. The group plans to expand its portfolio to over 2 GW in the coming years.
"Our order backlog at the end of September was worth PLN 411.3 million, but after the balance sheet date, we signed contracts worth nearly PLN 310 million in the PV segment alone," said the company's CEO Pawel Przybylski, quoted in a press release.
In October, four agreements were signed with two investors to build PV farms totalling 240 MW. The management board expects the fourth quarter of 2025 to be strong due to a stable order book and high investor interest in PV. Foreign expansion is anticipated to drive growth in 2026.
He announced that Onde is also intensifying its foreign expansion, and the German company from the group is already executing its first orders in Germany.
