Orange Polska SAOrange PL telco sees signs of return to growth in B2B segment within two-three quarters
Listed telecom operator Orange Polska sees signs pointing to a return to growth in the B2B segment within two to three quarters but assesses the current situation in this market as relatively fragile, CFO Jacek Kunicki told an analyst conference following the release of company's earnings report for the third quarter of 2025.
"Regarding the B2B segment, we are aware that it has been very successful in the past (...). We can see that the B2B market is under considerable pressure this year," CFO Kunicki told the conference.
He assessed that the trends in B2B are currently relatively fragile.
"We are seeing the first signs that we may return to growth in the B2B segment in the next two or three quarters," the CFO of Orange Polska said, pointing out that in the third quarter, the company recorded PLN 8 million (EUR 1.9 mln) less in marketing costs compared to the prior year period.
In addition, he announced that in the fourth quarter, Orange sees an opportunity for a larger share of wholesale sales in the company's results.
"However, looking at 2026, we are aware that important wholesale contracts will expire then, but the development of this business should offset the effects of the expiring contracts. We expect the impact of wholesale on our EBITDA to grow year on year," Kunicki assessed.
"In the fourth quarter, we are planning large real estate sales and expect strong organic cash flows," he added.
