PHN SAPHN real estate assumes PLN 400 mln EBITDA in ‘30, PLN 1.4 bln in 2025-30 in new strategy
Listed real estate holding PHN's new strategy is to achieve PLN 400 million (EUR 95.3 mln) EBITDA in 2030, and the group expects to achieve a total of PLN 1.4 billion (EUR 333.5 mln) EBITDA in 2025-2030, PHN said in a market filing with its strategy for the period. The group plans to achieve PLN 1.6 billion (EUR 381.1 mln) net revenue in 2030 and have more than PLN 180 million (EUR 42.9 mln) of dividends paid out in 2025-2030.
The strategy is based on four business pillars: Development, Leasing, Construction and PRS, comprising institutional residential rental services.
The Development pillar covers development activities in the residential and single-family housing market. The pillar's strategic goal is to build more than 3,200 residential units between 2025 and 2030.
The Leasing pillar concerns the leasing of office, warehouse and retail space and the development of investments for this purpose. Under this pillar, PHN aims to build more than 40,000 square metres of new Class A office space and more than 600,000 square metres of new warehouse space between 2025 and 2030.
The Construction Pillar, which provides construction services, particularly for the residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors, aims to complete construction contracts worth more than PLN 2.74 billion (EUR 652.7 mln)between 2025 and 2030.
The PRS pillar is a complementary business area, extending the existing value chain to include institutional rental services for residential units and relying primarily on its own properties. It is expected to deliver more than 30,000 square metres of PRS space between 2025 and 2030.
