PHN real estate's subsidiary receives VAT refund from PLN 215.9 million deduction

Listed real estate holding PHN's special purpose vehicle PHN 6 has received a refund from the Polish tax authority regarding input VAT deduction with interest in the total amount of PLN 215.9 million (EUR 51.5 mln), PHN said in a market filing.


As reported on March 17, PHN received a decision from the director of Poland's Tax Administration Chamber regarding tax settlements for the second and fourth quarters of 2014 and the first quarter of 2015 of the special purpose vehicle PHN 6 sp. z o.o. confirming the correctness of the company's position.

It was indicated that PHN informed that the decisions were issued as a result of the Supreme Administrative Court upholding PHN 6's complaints. The value of the object of the dispute with the tax authorities in these cases totalled PLN 110.8 million (EUR 26.4 mln).
