PKP Cargo hauler concludes agreements with Azoty chemicals for max. PLN 233.45 mln net

Listed rail PKP Cargo has concluded a framework cooperation agreement and commercial and carriage lease agreements with companies from listed chemicals group Azoty, PKP Cargo said in a market filing. The maximum estimated total value of the agreements during their term will be PLN 233.45 million (EUR 56 mln) net.


The subject of the commercial agreements with companies of the Azoty Group, will be freight transport in domestic, export, import and foreign sections. The agreements with Azoty Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy and Azoty group concern the lease of carriages owned by the company.

As stated, the conclusion of the aforementioned agreements is planned in the coming weeks.

The agreements will constitute a continuation of PKP Cargo's cooperation with Azoty Group companies on the provision of rail transport services, including the continuation in this respect of comprehensive services for the entire Azoty group.
