Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that a third party has filed a legal claim in the courts of Greece against Helios Plaza AE ("HP"), a subsidiary of Plaza which holds land property in Athens ("Land Property").
The claimant is claiming from HP an amount of €2,960,000 based on a certain controversial agreement from 2010 and has also filed a request for an injunction with respect to the Land Property in order to secure its claim.
The Company is currently examining the claim with its legal advisors and intends to respond in due course.
