Poland issues nearly PLN 2.8 bln in bonds to increase share capital of PGG mining
Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued over PLN 2.779 billion (EUR 657.5 mln) worth bonds earmarked for the increase in share capital of Poland's largest coal miner PGG by this amount, the finance ministry said in a statement. The bonds have been transferred on Monday, July 28.
The transferred bonds have been registered with the National Securities Depository under the code of the following bonds sold at auctions (amounts by nominal value): OK0128 - PLN 416.854 million (EUR 97.9 mln), PS0730 - PLN 972.66 million (EUR 228.5 mln), WZ0930 - PLN 883.708 million (EUR 207.6 mln), DS1035 - PLN 555.805 million (EUR 130.56 mln).
