Polimex Mostostal consortium signs annexes to contracts with Orlen worth PLN 446.3 mln net

The consortium, including listed builder Polimex Mostostal, Naftoremont-Naftobudowa, and KTI Poland, signed annexes to contracts with Poland's largest energy concern Orlen increasing the consortium's total additional maximum remuneration by PLN 446.3 million net (EUR 104.8 million), Polimex Mostostal said in a market filing.


The annexes were added to the contract for multi-branch work on the expansion of the Olefin installation.

The total share of Polimex Mostostal and Naftoremont-Naftobudowa in the additional remuneration will be about 94 percent.

The annexes also include a contract extension until December 31, 2027.

The additional remuneration mentioned above is an estimated maximum amount, which will be settled after the completion of additional works and is not subject to indexation based on the construction and assembly production price index published by Poland's stats office GUS.
