Polimex Mostostal SAPolimex-Mostostal group records approx. PLN 7.61 bln order backlog
The current order portfolio of listed builder Polimex-Mostostal group, not counting sales attributable to consortium members, is worth approximately PLN 7.61 billion (EUR 1.8 bln), the company said in a quarterly report.
The order backlog in individual segments is as follows:
- the energy segment accounts for PLN 2.78 billion (EUR 643.6 mln);
- the production (manufacturing) segment for PLN 340 million (EUR 78.7 mln);
- the oil, gas and chemicals segment for PLN 3.77 billion (EUR 872.8 mln);
- the industrial construction segment for PLN 480 million (EUR 111.1 mln);
- the infrastructure construction segment for PLN 240 million (EUR 55.6 mln).
After the three quarters of 2024, the group had revenue of PLN 1.87 billion (EUR 432.9 mln), down by 22 percent year on year, and an operating loss of PLN 324.4 million (EUR 75.1 mln) against a PLN 88.8 million (EUR 20.6 mln) profit in the prior year period.
The net loss in the nine months of 2024 amounted to PLN 296.2 million (EUR 68.6 mln), against a net profit of PLN 53.9 million (EUR 12.5 mln) in the prior year period.
