The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office

in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 28 November 2025 the

Issuer received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the

Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of

Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System, and Public

Companies, from shareholder Grupa Niewiadów-PGM S.A., with its

registered office in Warsaw.

The notification referred to above is provided by the Issuer in the

attachment hereto.
