Subject: Acquisition of a part of Series W Bonds for redemption

With reference to the current report (ESPI) No. 18/2024 dated 24

September 2024, the Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the

_quot;Company_quot;) announces that on 25 September 2024 the Company has purchased

for redemption the Company's series W bonds with a total nominal value

of PLN 30,000,000 from an entity that purchased the series Y bonds

issued by the Company with at least the same total nominal value. In

addition, the Company has paid interest accrued on these bonds until the

transaction date and a premium.

Legal basis

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament

and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse

Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament

and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC

and 2004/72/EC.
