SELVITA SA (24/2025) Otrzymanie istotnego zlecenia / Receipt of a significant purchase order

Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 22 września 2025 r. Emitent otrzymał zamówienie ("Zamówienie") od firmy biofarmaceutycznej z siedzibą w Europie ("Klient").

Zamówienie dotyczy przedłużenia świadczenia na rzecz Klienta usług w zakresie projektowania i syntezy nowych związków chemicznych. Stanowi ono część zintegrowanych usług badawczych realizowanych przez Emitenta w ramach prowadzonego projektu odkrywania leków na rzecz Klienta. W ramach współpracy, usługi obejmują projektowanie i syntezę nowych związków chemicznych, a następnie ich ocenę w szerokim panelu testów in vitro w celu scharakteryzowania właściwości ADME (Absorpcja, Dystrybucja, Metabolizm, Wydalanie, ang. Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) oraz uzyskania wysokiej jakości danych wspierających decyzje dotyczące dalszego rozwoju projektu Klienta.

Realizacja Zamówienia obejmie okres 6 miesięcy, od 30 września 2025 r. do 31 marca 2026 r. i stanowi kontynuację współpracy z Klientem rozpoczętej w październiku 2022 r.

Łączna wartość Zamówienia wynosi 680.102 EUR (tj. 2.900.295 PLN). Szacunkowa łączna wartość usług świadczonych na rzecz Klienta w całym 2025 r., uwzględniając Zamówienie, wyniesie 2.156.016 EUR (tj. 9.194.330 PLN). W bieżącym roku, w ramach Zamówienia Spółka wykona na rzecz Klienta usługi o wartości 325.765 EUR (tj. 1.389.225 PLN).

Z uwagi na wartość całej współpracy w 2025 pomiędzy Klientem a Emitentem wynikającej z otrzymanego Zleceniu przewyższającej kwotę 2.000.000 EUR, a także ze względu na strategiczny charakter kontynuowanej współpracy w obszarze zintegrowanego odkrywania leków, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zamówienie za istotne.

Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 22 września 2025 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2645 PLN.

Receipt of a significant purchase order

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in

Krakow (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs that on September

22, 2025, the Issuer received a purchase order (the "Order") from a

biopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Europe (the "Client").

The Order concerns the extension of services provided to the Client in

the area of design and synthesis of novel chemical compounds. It

constitutes part of the integrated research services delivered by the

Issuer under the Client's drug discovery project. Within the scope of

the collaboration, the services include the design and synthesis of

novel chemical compounds, followed by their evaluation in a broad panel

of in vitro assays to characterize their ADME (Absorption, Distribution,

Metabolism, Excretion) properties and generate high-quality data

supporting decision-making for the further advancement of the Client's

project.

The Order will be implemented over a period of 6 months, from September

30, 2025, to March 31, 2026, and represents a continuation of the

cooperation with the Client initiated in October 2022.

The total value of the Order amounts to EUR 680,102 (PLN 2,900,295). The

total estimated value of services provided to the Client in the entire

year 2025, including the Order, will amount to EUR 2,156,016 (PLN

9,194,330). In the current year, under the Order, the Company will

perform services for the Client with a value of EUR 325,765 (PLN

1,389,225).

Given the total value of the collaboration with the Client in 2025,

resulting from the received Order and exceeding EUR 2,000,000, as well

as the strategic nature of the continued cooperation in the field of

integrated drug discovery, the Issuer's Management Board considers the

received Order to be significant.

The currency conversions in this report were made based on the average

exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of September 22, 2025,

amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4.2645.
