Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 28, 2025 the Company sold 22 260 (twenty-two thousand two hundred and sixty) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 59 927.40 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.69.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 105 955 representing 3.54% of the share capital of the Company.
