Ten Square Games to pay dividend of PLN 15.73 per share from 2024 profit

Listed mobile games producer and developer Ten Square Games' general meeting has decided to pay a dividend of PLN 100.04 million (EUR 23.53 mln) from 2024 net profit and retained earnings, which translates into a dividend of PLN 15.37 (EUR 3.62) per share, the company said in a market filing.


The dividend will be paid from the unconsolidated net profit for 2024 in the amount of PLN 72.69 million (EUR 17.1 mln) and from a part of the reserve capital created from profit from previous years (so-called retained earnings) in the amount of PLN 27.34 million (EUR 6.43 mln).

The dividend record date has been set for June 20, and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 27, 2025.

In 2024, TSG did not pay a dividend from 2023 net take. The company's shareholders decided to allocate a profit of PLN 16.66 million (EUR 3.92 mln) to reserve capital.
