Cyfrowy Polsat SATobias Solorz files lawsuit regarding TMT Cyfrowy Polsat EGM's resolutions
Listed TMT group Cyfrowy Polsat shareholder Tobias Solorz, son of Zygmunt Solorz, has filed a lawsuit regarding the resolutions adopted by the October extraordinary general meeting of the group, Cyfrowy Polsat said in a market filing.
As stated by the company, the lawsuit concerns establishing the non-existence, or alternatively stating the invalidity or revocation of resolutions adopted by the EGM on changing the number of the supervisory board members and dismissal of the company's supervisory board member Tobias Solorz.
"The company's management board will analyse the lawsuit in detail and take appropriate action," Cyfrowy Polsat stated.
On October 8, the general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat dismissed Tobias Solorz and lawyer Jaroslaw Grzesiak from the supervisory board. The general meeting also decided to reduce the number of members of the supervisory board of Cyfrowy Polsat to six persons. Tobias Solorz's attorneys objected to all resolutions adopted at the general meeting at the time.
