Unibep's consortium approx. PLN 885.7 mln bid picked as most favourable in PGE power tender

An offer by a consortium of listed builder Unibep and SBB Energy has been selected as the most favourable in the tender of listed power utility PGE's heating unit, PGE Energia Ciepla, Unibep said in market filing. The total value of the bid is approximately PLN 885.7 million (EUR 209 mln) net, of which Unibep's share amounts to PLN 589.7 million (EUR 139.2 mln).


The tender concerns the construction of a gas-fuelled cogeneration source based on a gas engine system.

The investment consists of the design and construction and installation works for the realisation of a gas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant based on cogeneration units, followed by performance of maintenance works.
