UniCredit S.p.A. informs you that today Ms. Maria Enrica Spinardi resigned, for reasons related to her family commitments, from her office as permanent Statutory Auditor of the Company, with immediate effect.

Ms. Antonella Bientinesi, who was already a stand-in Statutory Auditor of UniCredit drawn of same list, replaces Ms. Spinardi. The office of Ms. Bientinesi will expire on the date of the next Shareholders' Meeting (already convened on December 4, 2017), which is called to resolve on the appointment of the Auditors necessary to integrate the Board of Statutory Auditors.
