Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent"), informuje, że w dniu 9 maja 2025 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za kwiecień 2025.

Przychody ze sprzedaży za kwiecień 2025 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 0,7 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,0 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,0 mln PLN.

Narastająco za pierwsze cztery miesiące 2025 roku, Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 3,7 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie 0,1 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,1 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 0,8 mln PLN. (Wynik narastająco za cztery miesiące 2025 uwzględnia skorygowany wynik za marzec 2025 w wysokości 0,1 mln PLN)

Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2025 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostaną zamieszczone w sprawozdaniu rocznym za rok 2025.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:

the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on May 9th, 2025, the Issuer made

an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial

results for April 2025.

Sales revenue for April 2025 is expected at PLN 0.7 million. The gross

result at PLN 0.0 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.0 million.

Cumulatively, for the first four months of 2025, the Issuer expects the

following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 3.7 million, gross

result at the level of PLN 0.1 million, net result at the level of PLN

0.1 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 0.8 million. (Cumulative

result for four months 2025 includes adjusted result for March 2025 in

the amount of PLN 0.1 million)

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,

which may differ from the final data. The data for 2025 will be subject

to internal verification and in the audit process by the auditor. The

final information on the result and sales revenue taking into account

the data for the period indicated will be included in the annual report

for 2025.
