Votum legal advisor wants to pay advance dividend of PLN 4.92 mln

Listed legal advisor group Votum's management board decided to submit a proposal to the supervisory board to pay shareholders an advance dividend for 2024 in the amount of PLN 4.92 million (EUR 1.1 mln), which is PLN 0.41 (EUR 0.1)per share, the company said in a market filing.


The company indicated that the formal conditions necessary for the advance payment have been met.

The management board recommends November 8, 2024 as the date by which the entitled persons to an advance dividend for 2024 will be determined, and November 15, 2024 as the date of payment of the advance dividend.

The advance payment is subject to the approval of the supervisory board by the advance payment date.

For 2023, Votum will pay a PLN 29.04 million (EUR 6.7 mln) dividend, or a PLN 2.42 (EUR 0.56) dividend per share.
