WSE operator GPW wants to pay dividend of PLN 3.15 per share from 2024 profit and reserve capital

The Warsaw Stock Exchange's operator GPW wants to earmark PLN 89.4 million (EUR 20.9 mln) from its 2024 profit and PLN 42.8 million (EUR 10 mln) from the reserve capital for the payment of dividends, which translates into a total dividend of PLN 3.15 (EUR 0,74) apiece, according to draft resolutions for the ordinary general meeting of shareholders convened for June 30.


The proposed dividend record date is July 23, and the dividend would be paid on August 6, 2025.

It has been announced that the proposed dividend payment in the total amount of PLN 132,211,800.00 (EUR 30.9 mln) translates into a dividend of PLN 3.15 (EUR 0.74) per share. The dividend payout ratio will be 88.72 percent of profit.

The amount of the proposed dividend is in line with the GPW's dividend policy, which assumes the payment of dividends in accordance with the company's profitability and financial capabilities.
