PGE SAPGE power increases value of loans under national recovery plan by approx. PLN 1.12 bln
Listed power utility PGE has signed annexes to two loan agreements with Poland's state development bank BGK under the national recovery plan KPO, increasing their value by a total of around PLN 1.12 billion (EUR 263.2 mln) to a total of approximately PLN 13.2 billion (EUR 3.1 bln), PGE announced in a market filing.
The amount of loans for financing projects implemented by PGE's distribution unit, PGE Dystrybucja, has been increased by approximately PLN 884 million (EUR 207.74 mln) to the total of nearly PLN 10.405 billion (EUR 2.445 bln).
The amount for financing projects carried out by PGE's railway power engineering unit, PGE Energetyka Kolejowa, has been increased by around PLN 238 million (EUR 55.9 mln) to approximately PLN 2.804 billion (EUR 658.94).
The other terms and conditions of the loan agreements remain unchanged, including a fixed interest rate of 0.5 percent per annum and repayment in semi-annual instalments between 2034 and 2049 (with the final repayment date set for December 20, 2049).
