Poland sees nearly 1.064 mln foreigners performing work at end-October 2024 - stats office

The number of foreigners working in Poland at the end of October 2024 rose to 1,063,700, Poland's stats office GUS reported.


This number amounted to 1,052,700 at the end of September.

According to GUS, at end-October, the share of foreigners in the total number of those performing work in Poland was 6.9 percent.

The citizens of Ukraine remained the most numerous group of foreigners working in Poland (714,900). Their share in the total number of foreigners performing work in Poland declined by 6.1 percentage points compared to January 2022, amounting to 67.2 percent.
