Poland wants greater incentives for retirement age people to continue working
Poland's Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy wants greater incentives for the continuation of employment for people of retirement age, according to the labour ministry in the "National Action Plan for Employment 2024-2026".
"Given the increase in healthy life expectancy, people beyond retirement age should be encouraged to continue employment to a greater extent than at present," the ministry stated.
"This will allow older people to make use of their often unique work and life experience," it added.
