Poland's government adopts resolution on deregulation
Poland's Council of Ministers has adopted a resolution on the coordination of the deregulation process, the government information centre CIR announced in a statement. A special team has been formed at the Prime Minister's Chancellery KPRM, which is to be headed by minister Maciej Berek.
"The Council of Ministers adopted a resolution on the coordination of the legislative process implementing deregulation, submitted by minister - member of the Council of Ministers Maciej Berek," the statement said.
It added that the government had decided that it would analyse the current state of the law, particularly with regard to the conditions for doing business, and take measures to implement deregulation.
"To this end, a special team has been established in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, which will be headed by minister Maciej Berek," CIR announced.
The team's tasks include coordinating the legislative process on draft government documents implementing deregulation such as, among others, preliminary analysis of proposed legislative solutions.
The team also includes the ministers of finance, economic development and technology and the head of the government legislation centre RCL.
