Poland's MinFin issues PLN 1.02 bln bonds for PKW mining's share capital
The Ministry of Finance issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,016.491 million (EUR 219.5 mln) intended for the Minister of Energy to increase the share capital of the largest coal supplier to Tauron group's generating units, mining company Poludniowy Koncern Weglowy (PKW), the finance ministry said in a statement.
The issued bonds were transferred on September 15, 2025.
The transferred bonds were registered with the national securities depository KDPW under the code of the following bonds sold at auctions (amounts by face value): OK0128 – PLN 152.474 million (EUR 32.9 mln), PS0730 – PLN 355.772 million (EUR 76.9 mln), WZ0930 – PLN 304.947 million (EUR 65.9 mln), DS1035 – PLN 203.298 million (EUR 44 mln).
