Poland's Ministry of Finance assumes that in 2026, the planned revenues of funds and instruments managed by Poland's state development bank BGK will exceed PLN 155.55 billion (EUR 36.45 bln), according to the explanatory memorandum to the draft budget for 2026.
According to the ministry, the planned inflows of funds and instruments created, entrusted or transferred to BGK on the basis of separate acts will amount to PLN 155,551,432,000 (EUR 36.45 bln), down by PLN 24,636,86,000 (EUR 5.8 bln) or 13.7 percent on 2025's planned revenue.
"The largest share in the total inflows was recorded in the Armed Forces Support Fund [FWSZ], amounting to 51.1 percent," the ministry said in the explanatory memorandum to the draft budget for 2026.
"Next are the National Road Fund [KFD] and the COVID-19 Response Fund, with shares of 20.3 percent and 16.3 percent, respectively. The total share of these three funds accounts for 87.8 percent of total receipts," it added.
The Ministry of Finance assumed that the total expenditure of BGK funds and instruments will amount to PLN 159,856,954,000 (EUR 37.45 bln) in 2026, 11.9 percent lower year on year.
Funds' ratio of total expenditure to total revenue will amount to 102.8 percent.
