Asseco SEE IT to pay total of PLN 1.75 dividend per share from '24 profit and reserve capital

Listed IT group Asseco South Eastern Europe general meeting decided to allocate PLN 74.86 million (EUR 17.5 mln) from the profit for 2024 and PLN 15.94 million (EUR 3.7 mln) from the reserve capital for the payment of dividends, making a total of PLN 1.75 (EUR 0.41) dividend per share, the company said in a market filing.


The remaining part of the net profit for 2024, amounting to PLN 6.5 million (EUR 1.5 mln), will be used to increase the company's reserve capital.

The dividend date is set for July 3 and the dividend payment date for July 10, 2025.

In 2024, the general meeting of Asseco SEE passed a resolution to allocate PLN 75.03 million (EUR 17.5 mln) from the 2023 profit and PLN 10.59 million (EUR 2.5 mln) from the reserve capital for the payment of dividends, making a total of PLN 1.65 (EUR 0.39) dividend per share.
