Poland sees hike in AI investments, report says
Over half of Polish companies have increased their investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) year on year, according to a new report by the IT consulting company Capgemini.
The report titled "AI in Action: How Gen AI and Agentic AI Redefine Business Operations," published on Wednesday, revealed that 62 percent of surveyed firms in Poland increased their Generative AI budget year-over-year.
The data further showed that Poland moves from the testing phase to implementation faster than the global average. Only 6 percent of Polish companies, compared to 17 percent globally, claimed to be at the initial stage of Gen AI integration, while the difference concerning the further stages is minimal.
"One of the fields where Poland falls behind the global average is employers' readiness to work with AI technologies," Capgemini stated, noting that in 2025 only 34 percent of staff have access to authorised AI tools (compared to 46 percent globally), and 35 percent underwent relevant training (46 percent globally).
