Ailleron SASoftware Mind focuses on data engineering, AI, and global expansion plans
Software Mind, a subsidiary of listed IT group Ailleron, is heavily investing in data engineering and management, as well as AI, to expand into new markets and explore potential acquisitions, CEO Grzegorz Mlynarczyk told in an interview with PAP Biznes.
The CEO stated that the company’s development is based on several key pillars, one of which is Artificial Intelligence, which fits into the broader trend of process automation.
"The second key trend is an approach that we internally call Data-driven decision-making. This means that we are now creating tools that can be used by companies to make decisions in real time. These decisions will be based on an in-depth analysis of the current business situation and emerging trends in the companies' environment," he said.
According to Mlynarczyk, data management and AI model training are essential competencies for the company’s future.
He also highlighted that the firm aims to simplify decision-making and uncover correlations previously unseen through AI and advanced data solutions.
"This not only simplifies the decision-making process, but also allows us to catch correlations that we had not previously anticipated. For us, data engineering and data management is an area where we see a lot of potential and are investing heavily in it," he added.
The company plans to expand further, particularly in North America and Western Europe, with the goal of making at least one acquisition by 2025.
