Rafamet SARafamet's EGM to decide on issue of 8 mln shares to Poland's industrial development agency
The shareholders of heavy engineering company Rafamet will decide on a share capital increase through the issue of 8 million shares at an issue price of PLN 10 (EUR 2.39) per paper, according to draft resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting convened on April 25. The shares will be offered to Poland's state industrial development agency ARP.
On Thursday, Rafamet announced that it had started work on increasing its share capital by issuing shares in order to enable the company to continue its operations and, in particular, to smoothly conduct and complete the remedial proceedings.
Poland's state industrial development agency ARP is the dominant shareholder of Rafamet, holding shares representing 93 percent of the share capital and votes at the general meeting.
