Listed builder Mirbud has signed an agreement with ATO Poland to build a warehouse and service complex, Mirbud announced in a market filing. The contract is worth EUR 29.7 million net.
Mirbud ma umowę z ATO Poland na budowę zespołu magazynowo-usługowego w m. Kozerki, w gminie Grodzisk Mazowiecki - podał Mirbud w komunikacie. Wartość umowy to 29,7 mln euro netto.

Mirbud: 3Q25 Preliminary Results Review [neutralne]
Listed builder Mirbud estimates its consolidated net profit after three quarters of 2025 at PLN 50 million (EUR 11.8 mln), revenues at nearly PLN 1.95 billion (EUR 459 mln) and a gross profit on sales at PLN 143 million (EUR 33.7 mln), the group announced in a market filing with preliminary results.
Mirbud szacuje, że po trzech kwartałach 2025 roku miał 50 mln zł skonsolidowanego zysku netto, 1,9 mld zł przychodów oraz 143 mln zł zysku brutto ze sprzedaży - podał spółka w komunikacie.

At the end of October, listed builder Mirbud's order backlog's value in the construction-assembly segment amounted to around PLN 8.645 billion (EUR 2 bln) net, the company said in a market filing.
Wartość portfela zamówień grupy Mirbud w segmencie usług budowlano – montażowych na koniec października wynosił ok. 8,645 mld zł netto wobec ok. 8,865 mld zł netto na koniec września - poinformowała spółka w komunikacie.
Poland's railway infrastructure operator PKP PLK has selected the maximum PLN 4.56 billion (EUR 1.07 bln) offer submitted by consortium of listed builders Torpol and Mirbud as the most favourable in its tender, the construction groups both said in the market filings. Each company holds a 50 percent stake in the consortium.
