Bank Handlowy otrzymał decyzję KNF, w której udzielono bankowi zezwolenia obejmującego nabycie akcji własnych przez bank w terminie do 27 lutego 2027 r. w liczbie nie większej niż 285.000 akcji, za cenę nieprzekraczającą łącznie 30 mln zł - podał bank w komunikacie.
Bank Handlowy has received a decision from Poland's financial market regulator KNF granting the bank permission to acquire its own shares by February 27, 2027, in a number not exceeding 285,000 shares, for a total price not exceeding PLN 30 million (EUR 7.1 million), the bank announced in a market filing.
Bank Handlowy, the Warsaw-listed unit of Citigroup has received an individual recommendation from Poland's financial market regulator KNF regarding its dividend policy, stating that the bank meets the requirements to pay a dividend of up to 75 pct of its profit for 2025, with the maximum payout amount not exceeding the annual profit less the profit generated in 2025 already included in own funds, Bank Handlowy said in a market filing.

P4, the operator of Polish telco Play, under the French Iliad group, has concluded a new loan agreement with Bank Handlowy in Warsaw for PLN 450 million (EUR 106.9 mln), the company announced in a market filing.
