Alior Bank SAAlior Bank to issue max. PLN 400 mln worth bonds
Listed lender Alior Bank will issue unsecured R-series bonds maturing on April 17, 2029, with a value of up to PLN 400 million (EUR 94.2 mln), the bank said in a market filing
Liabilities from the issue of R-series bonds will constitute Alior Bank's eligible liabilities within the meaning of the act on Poland's state bank guarantee fund BFG and the deposit guarantee and forced restructuring system.
The nominal value of one bond and its issue price is PLN 500,000 (EUR 117,800).
The bonds will bear interest at a floating interest rate, being the sum of WIBOR 6M and a margin of 1.95 percent per annum.
The redemption date for the bonds will be April 17, 2029, with the bank having the option of early redemption of the bonds starting from April 17, 2028, and upon fulfilment of regulatory requirements.
Alior Bank will apply for the introduction of the bonds to trading in the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
