The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") presents selected
unaudited historical consolidated financial information for the 3-and 9-
month periods ended 30 September 2025 ("Q3 2025" and "9M 2025") as an
attachment to this report. The attachment also includes comments on
recent GMV trading in the first weeks of the fourth quarter of 2025 ("Q4
2025"), as well as presents Company's expectations and targets for Q4
2025, in line with its usual quarterly disclosures on recent trading and
expectations.
