Amica's CEO Rutkowski to resign from his position

Listed white goods producer Amica's CEO Jacek Rutkowski has decided to terminate his position, with effect from the moment the ordinary general meeting adopts a resolution on the approval of the financial statements for 2024, the company said in a market filing.


Amica reported that Jacek Rutkowski plans to continue to actively cooperate with the company as a strategic advisor to the management board.

As the company reported, according to the information received from Rutkowski, the basis for his decision to cease to hold the position of the management board's CEO is the conviction that it is justified to hand over the day-to-day management of the company and the Amica capital group to a younger generation of managers.
