Archicom developer considers bond issue

Listed developer Archicom, owned by Echo Investment Group, is considering issuing bonds under a bond issue programme up to a maximum of PLN 800 million (EUR 190 mln), the company said in a market filing.


The issue under consideration relates to unsecured ordinary bearer bonds bearing interest at a floating rate with maturity of up to four years.

The bonds will be subject to listing in the alternative trading system operated by the WSE.

The detailed timing and parameters of the considered issue will be determined in the process of discussions with investors and book-building.
