Artur Osuchowski might cease to serve as member of Orlen's management board

Next week's meeting of Poland's largest energy concern Orlen's supervisory board is expected to include an item on changes to the company's management board, with Artur Osuchowski set to step down, according to Business Insider Polska, citing its own findings. The information provided by the outlet is confirmed by two independent sources.


Furthermore, it was indicated that Osuchowski, as a member of the management board, has already lost control over the energy sector within the Orlen group.

The outlet also pointed out that, according to its sources, Orlen is dissatisfied with how matters related to the energy sector, which is gradually becoming increasingly important for the group, have been handled.
