Asbis IT board of directors wants to pay dividend of USD 0.30 per share

Listed IT equipment distributor Asbis Enterprises' board of directors will recommend to the ordinary general meeting of shareholders the dividend payment of USD 0.30 per share from net profit after tax for 2024, the company said in a market filing, Asbis has already paid an advance dividend of USD 0.20 per share from its 2024 net profit.


On December 5, 2024, the company paid an interim dividend on its 2024 profit of USD 11.1 mln, which translated into USD 0.20 per share.

"If the recommendation of the Asbis board of directors is approved by the OGM, the total dividend on 2024 profit could amount to USD 0.50 per share, which would imply a total payout of USD 27,750,000 from 2024 net profit after tax," Asbis said in the market filing.
