Podstawa prawna: Avia Solutions Group AB (the "Company") hereby announces that today the Company has received notification from HAIFO LTD with its corporate seat at Arch. Makariou III, 1, MITSI BUILDING 3, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 211, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus, registered with the Commercial Register under number: HE 270472 and other shareholders indicated in the attached notification on exceeding threshold of 75% of votes at the general meeting of shareholders in the Company as a result of conclusion of acting in concert agreement (pursuant to Article 87 section 1 point 5 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies) (Annex No 1).
