Benefit Systems wants to earmark 2024 profit for reserve capital, no dividend to be paid

Listed employee benefit schemes provider Benefit Systems' management board has recommended to its shareholders allocating the company's 2024 profit in the amount of over PLN 394.55 million (EUR 92.96 mln) in full to the reserve capital, Benefit said in a market filing.


"The above proposal constitutes a deviation from the dividend policy of Benefit Systems S.A. for the years 2023-2025 (...)," Benefit Systems said in the market filing.

As the company pointed out, derogating from the dividend policy is of a one-off nature, and is related to the completed acquisition of 100 percent stake in the Mars Spor Kulb ve Tesisleri letmecilii A.S. with its registered seat in Istanbul, and - indirectly - its subsidiaries, which are the operator of the Mac Fitness network in Turkey.

The management board proposal of the distribution of profit for 2024 was positively assessed by the supervisory board of the company.
