Bogdanka coal estimates PLN 302.4 mln in EBITDA after Q3 2025

Listed coal mining group Bogdanka estimates that in after the third quarter of 2025 it generated it had PLN 302.4 million (EUR 71 mln) in EBITDA and PLN 129.9 million (EUR 30.5 mln) in net profit, the company said in a market filing. Commercial coal production in the period in question amounted to 5.20 million tonnes, and sales amounted to 5.33 million tonnes.


The group estimates that after the third quarter of 2025, it had PLN 2,009.2 million (EUR 471.8 mln) in net sales revenue and PLN 141.4 million (EUR 33.2 mln) in EBIT.

It was reported that the preliminary financial results of the group in Q1-Q3 2025 were significantly affected by the liquidation of damage that occurred in Q1 2025, in the amount of PLN 144.85 million (EUR 34 mln).

It was indicated that the results for the current financial year will also be affected by lower depreciation due to write-downs on the balance sheet value of assets.

The final results will be presented in detail in the consolidated quarterly report of company's for the third quarter of 2025, which is scheduled to be published on November 18, 2025.
