CCC records 19 pct y/y increase in sales between August 1 and September 22

Listed footwear group CCC generated sales revenue of PLN 1.42 billion (EUR 333.7 mln) in the period from August 1 to September 22, 2024, an increase of 19 percent year on year, the company said in its half-year report.

As reported, the group recorded revenue growth in every business segment, including: CCC +24 percent (LFL +24 percent), HalfPrice +20 percent, eobuwie and Modivo +11 percent.

Additionally, the group has seen accelerating sales momentum over the quarter, with group sales growth of 28 percent in September.

The group's gross margin was 51.5 percent, 4.4 percentage points higher than in the same period last year.

‘From a sales and margin perspective, the group is positive about the +back to school+ period and the debut of the AW’24 collection, which is the result of good preparation for the season, including from the point of view of sufficient stock levels," it was written.

CCC reported that further work is being carried out to reduce the cost base across the group.
