CD Projekt gaming wants to pay dividend of PLN 1 per share from 2024 profit

Listed video game developer CD Projekt's management board has recommended that the company's net profit for the financial year 2024 exceeding PLN 470.67 million (EUR 110.1 mln) is allocated to the reserve capital to the tune of over PLN 370.76 million (EUR 86.7 mln) and to the dividend payment to the tune of more than PLN 99.9 million (EUR 23.4 mln), which translates into a dividend of PLN 1 (EUR 0.23) per share, CD Projekt said in a market filing.


The proposed dividend record date is June 30, and the dividend payment date July 9, 2025.

Upon issuance of an opinion on the recommendation by the supervisory board, the final decision regarding the allocation of profit and the payment of a dividend rests with the shareholders.

For 2023, CD Projekt also paid a dividend of PLN 1 (EUR 0.23) per share.
