Creepy Jar wants to pay PLN 11.37 dividend per share

Listed games developer Creepy Jar supervisory board recommends the payment of PLN 7.95 million (EUR 1.9 mln) dividend from the net profit for 2024, which means PLN 11.37 (EUR 2.65) dividend per share, the company said in a market filing.


The supervisory board recommends the dividend date as June 23, and that the dividend should be paid on June 27, 2025.

According to the supervisory board's recommendation, the profit of PLN 7.9 million (EUR 1.8 mln) is to be allocated to the reserve capital with the possibility of future distribution to shareholders.

In 2024, Creepy Jar's shareholders decided to allocate PLN 9.17 million (EUR 2.1 mln) of the 2023 net profit to dividends, which amounted to PLN 13.11 (EUR 3.06) per share.
