Eika Asset Management plans to invest EUR 76 mln in '25; invests in offices and logistics in Poland
Eika Asset Management (EAM), a Lithuanian fund management company, plans to invest EUR 76 million in 2025 and continue its expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, EAM said in a press release. In Poland, it wants to invest around EUR 20 million in the office segment, as well as investing in logistics facilities.
As reported, Eika Asset Management, which in recent years has expanded its operations beyond Lithuania to Latvia, Poland and Slovakia, plans to establish two new funds – one for residential development and the other for infrastructure development.
Over the course of ten years of operation, the company has established seven investment funds, with assets under management worth over EUR 200 million in June 2025 and a total area of 61,000 square metres. Currently, EAM's fund portfolio includes over a 1,000 completed and sold flats, as well as logistics centres and offices.
