Enter Air has approx. USD 230 mln charter agreement with TUI Poland travel agency

Poland's largest private air carrier Enter Air has signed agreement with travel agency TUI Poland concerning charter services for the Summer 2025 and Winter 2025/2026 seasons, Enter Air said in a press release. The estimated value of the agreement is approximately USD 230.04 million.


The contract is for a fixed term until April 30, 2026.

"The total value of the benefits under the agreement is not ascertainable and its final value may differ from the estimates given," Enter Air stipulated.

It was reported that the estimated value of the current charter agreement with TUI Poland is USD 227 million.

The company added that it has - as part of its planning for the next Summer 2025 and Winter 2025/2026 seasons - already previously concluded agreements with Itaka Fly with an estimated value of USD 75.9 million and Rainbow Tours with an estimated value of USD 93.2 million.
