In the short term, listed HR group Grupa Pracuj assumes single-digit revenue growth in recruitment services in Poland and an increase in the number of advertisements published, representatives told a videoconference. In the HR Software segment, the group intends to maintain an MRR growth of several percent; the overall 45 percent adjusted EBITDA margin is a target.
"How do we see the short-term outlook? We plan a single-digit revenue growth in recruitment services in Poland. We assume an increase in the number of advertisements published, with stable prices," CEO Przemyslaw Gacek told a videoconference following the publication of the group's financial results for the first quarter of 2025.
CEO Gacek pointed out that there has been a change in the mix of ads for some time, as more ads from the Pink and Blue Collars categories have been coming up.
In the area of HR Software, the group is assuming the maintenance of several percent growth in MRR.
At the group level, it is assumed to maintain an adjusted EBITDA margin of 45 percent.
In the first quarter of 2025, Grupa Pracuj generated nearly PLN 205 million (EUR 48.2 mln) in revenue and PLN 96.7 million (EUR 22.74 mln) in adjusted EBITDA. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 47.2 percent.
Grupa Pracuj's revenue from the Polish market exceeded PLN 144.8 million (EUR 34 mln), up 3.8 percent year on year, while the Poland segment's operating profit reached PLN 71.6 million (EUR 16.84 mln), up 7.3 percent year on year.
The number of recruitment projects published on Pracuj.pl in the first three months of 2025 increased by 2.4 percent year on year to 130,000, with their average price remaining stable at PLN 957.10 (EUR 225.11).
